Self-love and kindness are fundamental aspects of our lives. When self-love and kindness are lacking we find ourselves seeking this love from other people and we come across as needy people. We are hurt easily and we suffer life rather than living it. Our conditioning tells us that we have to be perfect, we have to constantly strive, and we have to be better than our classmates and friends, our conditioning makes us feel we are never enough. Love is the greatest force in the creation and yet we forget to direct that loving kindness toward ourselves. This audio is a short guide on kindness. I hope you find this helpful.
