It is common in today's world to get that feeling of being 'Alone in the crowd'. There is so much to do in life and so many responsibilities that it has normal to get disconnected from ourselves, others; our friends and loved ones, and nature; our greatest teacher. This gentle meditation uses the breath & guided visualization to reconnect, first, to the body, through deep relaxation, and then to the surroundings, ending with the deep recognition of the connection to all things. This is a soft, peaceful way to release stress, relax before sleeping or come back to yourself and center any time of the day. It has been said that the opposite of addiction is connection. As social animals it is important now, more than ever to stay connected.
