In times of great change and uncertainty on a global scale, we can all sometimes feel the push & pull that this causes us emotionally as we recognize in ourselves a more expansive way to collaborate and co-exist as equal beings on this planet. This talk soothes and puts a name to this process as we all begin to dissolve old ways and embrace the light of the new.
