The Intention to be Stress-Free. Stress is our body's response to pressure. Our nervous system reacts to experiences that are new, threatening or challenging. Being able to reduce or remove unnecessary stress from our lives, minds & hearts can have a huge impact on our general health. Stress is now the leading factor in the cause of illness, so making an intention & taking action to minimize the stress in everyday life, can be life-changing. Our health is our greatest wealth, so taking steps to maintain good physical & mental health by reducing stress can only be beneficial.
