What does Self-Trust really mean? In the "Little i", self-trust is a tool for building a healthy self-image of who we are, having confidence in our talents, intuition & values. When we have self-trust, we're less likely to doubt ourselves or seek external validation. We have a strong sense of self-reliance & can navigate challenges with resilience & determination. In the "Big I", self-trust is a recognition of the Self-as-other. That could mean a higher power, a connection with others, the planet, or nature. The big I is trusting the higher self, the true self & divinity within to guide you through life experiences. Affirmations can be a powerful tool for building self-trust; we reinforce our belief in our abilities & potential.
