The intention for presence. Finding yourself here and now, fully conscious of what is happening from moment to moment without the pulls of the past or the future, the jumping of the mind, or the noise of internal dialogue. Easier said than done, however, just taking the time to simply make this intention means you have already begun to fulfill it. By setting this resolve, your subconscious mind will try to remind you to come back from any meanderings & 'be here now with whatever action or non-action you are doing. Something as simple as drinking a cup of tea without distractions or sitting & listening to the birds singing. Small moments like this can give the brain a rest & make us feel instantly refreshed.
