Your body is constantly healing itself. Every moment there are processes taking place to protect you against foreign invaders, and to heal cuts, bumps, or grazes. Even when we break a bone, it is not the cast that heals, but the stillness created by the cast that allows the bone to heal itself. That cellular intelligence that heals on demand, is there for you to become aware of and use consciously. It is not limited to physical healing, emotionally & mentally we also have access to this healing power. It begins with Love, in this case, Self-Love. When we begin to love, care for & respect ourselves, we can listen to the needs of our bodies, minds & hearts. Then give ourselves the space, time, stillness & silence to work harmoniously to heal.
