This sleep induction contains low-pitched isochronic tones which are optimized by vibroacoustic beds and devices. If you do not have such a device, a stereo/speaker combination with a good bass response will suffice. Headphones are not necessary but can be used. First, we start with a music/rain ambiance. The sound of rain increases relaxing alpha rhythms in the brain. This fades to nighttime sounds to trigger the sleep response. The music uses 3D panning to produce a relaxing "rocking chair" effect.
