Every one of us is unique. Some people are early birds, some are night owls. There are 4 types of sleepers that have been identified so far: Lions: Early risers. In the morning. They are attentive and productive. Wolves: Grouchy in the morning. They prefer to only get up after 11 am. Bears: Sleep a lot, deeply, but have the feeling that they don’t get enough sleep. Dolphins: Lighter sleepers & wake up frequently during the night. Energetic after 7pm Whatever type of sleeper you may be, we all have one thing in common - we need to wake up in the morning. But, where have we been? Our consciousness arrives back into our physical bodies from the realm of dreams. and our brilliant body will always welcome us back home with open arms.
